As an SEO Specialist within the Digital Marketing and Leads Generation workstream, you will play a pivotal role in implementing SEO strategies to drive organic traffic, enhance online visibility, and attract new customers through digital channels. Collaborating with diverse teams within NN International and key stakeholders, you will contribute to the organisation's growth objectives by optimising website content, improving search engine rankings, and maximizing ROI. Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement SEO strategies aligned with business objectives to improve organic search performance across NN International
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits to identify opportunities for optimization
• Optimize website content, meta tags, and on-page elements to improve search engine visibility and user experience
• Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and digital marketers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content creation and website development processes
• Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms to track progress and identify areas for improvement
• Provide guidance and training to business units on SEO best practices, techniques, and tools
• Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure NN International's SEO strategies remain effective and competitive

We offer this job fully remote as a virtual assignment for 1 to 3 years. As part of this role, you will have an employment contract under the local collective labour agreement (CLA) from one of the 11 countries where NN operates. This means you can apply for the job if you reside in one of the countries where NN is located (Netherlands, Belgium, Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Spain, Greece, Turkey, Japan). Once we know from which country you will perform the job, we will be able to inform you better about the local employee benefits.

Wat je meebrengt

For this role, you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders, adaptability and willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You have:

• A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, technology, or related field
• +5 years' experience in SEO within the insurance or financial industries
• A proven track record of successfully implementing SEO strategies and driving organic search growth
• Experience in both technical SEO and content marketing is a must
• Experience with SEO tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Moz
• Experience with YouTube/TikTok SEO, Google My Business and similar are a plus
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and recommendations
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus
• Currently living in one of the countries in which we operate: the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Romania, Poland, Turkey, Japan, Slovakia, Greece, Hungary and Czech Republic.

You will join the workstream Digital Marketing and Leads Generation. The Digital Marketing and Leads Generation workstream is dedicated to attracting new customers through digital channels using effective targeting and cross-selling techniques, as well as enhancing cost-effectiveness through ROI and conversion optimisation. You will:

• Work with diverse teams within NN International, all business units in International
• Partner with key business stakeholders in Insurance International to drive SEO initiatives and achieve business objectives
• Engage with external partners and collaborators to leverage industry expertise and stay updated with emerging trends and technologies

This job is a virtual assignment which means you will fully work from home. You will travel regularly to meet your team. This means that the willingness to travel is important for this job position.
