As ESG/CSRD reporting specialist, you will have a key role with respect to the implementation, measurement, and realization of sustainability objectives. Your contribution will be essential in shaping Exacts structure sustainability reporting. CSRD is an entirely new regulatory framework in the area of (sustainability) reporting and you will have the opportunity not only to implement CSRD, but also take it to the next level using advanced value adding analytics geared towards CRSD requirements.

The role has exposure to the business, in a growing, private equity owned Multinational. We are convinced that only together we can make a distinctive difference, so working closely together with our different stakeholders and management teams is key. You will be part of the reporting team reporting to the Manager External reporting, which is reports to the Director SSC and reporting.

You will be responsible for:

• Designing, Collecting, validating and consolidating of required ESG data for internal and external reporting and support the creation of the non-financial section of the Annual Report;
• Implementation of the CSRD action plan;
• Design and report on CSRD/ ESG KPI's; Setting up a reporting Framework - overseeing and ensuring data quality and integrity of specific non-financial reports;
• Coordinating and reporting according to the EU Taxonomy and support its digitalization.
• Proactively analyzing and reviewing results of specific processes and balances of the company and being able to explain these to a wider audience;
• Ensuring that Exact is compliant with the applicable standards and regulations;
• Participating in presentations with management teams as required.

For this role we are looking for a new colleague, passionate about sustainability and changing the way businesses operates. Next to this:

• You have experience in financial or sustainability reporting, a keen interest in ESG reporting. Preferably experienced in one or more area of ESG reporting (e.g. diversity, carbon footprint, supply chain analysis or interpreting regulatory EU Frameworks).
• You are a self-starter and can work with a degree of autonomy, as market practice and additional guidance are still being developed it is key that you can form your own view on these changes;
• You have good communications and influencing skill as you have to work with stakeholders in different teams engaging them in the CSRD journey;
• You are fluent in the English language (both written and verbally) and preferably Dutch as well;
• You are flexible, pragmatic and embracing change, always looking for improvements. You take a positive approach to everything you do and meet challenges as they arise You are quality minded and have no problems with hands on work;
• You can analyze complex problems and participate in delivering solutions focused on technological improvements and increasing process efficiency; and
• Your analytical skills are strong and you have an eye for detail, yet you have the ability to not lose track of the big picture.
